Remove Ammunition from Magazine, Ensure it is Clear
Push The Insert Down through the Feed Lips, Widest Part Pointed Toward Muzzle, Compressing the Mag Spring
Slide the Retention Tab Towards the Feed Lips While Insert Is Held Below Level of Feed Lips
Start Training
To Remove simply slide the tab "Forward" and the insert will eject under spring pressure.
